It looks great! However, there seemed to be a blank space above the title of the first post. And there seemed to be too many posts on the home page making it a long task to scroll down.
I will say that you have used lot of space for adds You should reduce it to half and give some more space to your content. It will also reduce the length of your post and it will become easy for reader to read more in one scroll.
Your blog theme turns your blog into a professional one. Good layout. I suggest you some minor changes to your blog. I think this makes your blog little more user friendly and eye catching. I found, Your blog has a flat appearance, but your title doesn't have it. Make it in flat appearance gives your blog a nice design depth balance. First page itself contains more posts. Three or four is enough. I think paragraph justification is necessary. Optimize initial loading time. I didn't go through contents much more. The site is not bad but your left column with the content should be wider and your right column with the ads should be smaller. The ads are occupying too much of space on the page.
Just contact AdSense and check if th arrow in your header is acceptable with its TOS As it prompted me to click on the ad
Personaly I liked this blog a lot. I love the fact that there is a lot of black print on a white background. It is definitely the environment that is most condusive to reading, and I found myself doing just that. The header was a little muddy (maybe all the black) but it still caught my eye. Over all a hell of a job for a blogspot.com blog. By the way you have what appears to be an add not loading right below the header
