I actually like the template. But the domain name confuses me. It doesn't suit the main topic of your site. That's IMO.

The topmost menus can be make as footer. The banner image is too large. Remove the google ads from the center of the page

"Welcome To Pakistan" can be changed to graphics image or change the font, color and center it. It will make more difference.
