    in conclude, is good, but I prefer put the contact us and home page in a menu on the central of the top, better than on each side.

    The design is quite nice. I feel the the color is not that much attractive . You may add some light color it give some pleasant look to your site.

    Seems a sort of ecological design. :p
    I guess it will be better if you style those form elements. ie. make them a bit bigger and focus on them, as they are what all your site starts on.

    The site looks simple and neat. You could add more to it so that students would get motivated even more. Make your site more eventful looking. Hope my suggestion helps. :)
