please review my squidoo lens

i am brand new at creating squidoo lens and i was wondering who ever knows a lot about them if you can tell me what all needs done or if it looks good.

i want to get my blog ranked better, thats why i created this lens. i added my blogs rss feed to.

let me know what is good about it or what needs improvement.

 

Here are my few observation -

# There is an unused text modules at there. Either put content on them or remove them.

# Do not put video as any one will click on that and they will leave your lens and hence you will loose your visitors. These kind of additions are called exit gate. You should not have exit gate in your lens. Only one exit gate should be there and that should lead to your main website.

# Very less content, so put more content.

# Use more and more photos. There are an option is photo gallery, you can use that one. Visitors love photos.

# Make your lens more colourful and lively by adding more modules and some coding.

It looks fine but in bottom in new orbitz section there are some alignment issues.Check it out.

 

I would add more content. There is very little content there. The more content, the better rank it can get your for your blog. Try to get around 500 words for Squidoo pages, 800 for HubPages, and 600 for ezinearticles

when you say add more content, where do i go to do that? what module? add text or what is it called?

and do i just write about anything related to my lens?

At least put 300 words in a single text module. Add more content with text modules.

There are two kind of text modules at there (you can found that on all modules and go to T modules).

1) Text Modules
2) Text with big pictures.

You can use both

 

You can also add pictures, videos, Amazon prodcts ($$$s), ebay auctions, voting poll, and much much more.

Click on the [Add Modules] button and have a rummage...

 

The content looks good and interesting, just make it as justify style..

 

what are the most popular modules that people find interesting when visiting a lens?

 

Visitors love modules they can interact with on the lens, such as the Video and Poll modules. Top 10 lists are also popular.

Bright colors from images or Amazon products can be good to catch their eye, but don't over do it.

It looks nice but I agree, you will need to add more content including images as well as text to really make it worthwhile.
