Hey thanks for the review of my site. I like your's but i think it could use some work the biggest thing that threw me off was not knowing what i should do on the site. I think above "most viewed videos" you should add a large call to action banner that solidifies why people are there weather its to submit video's or to get inspired. I think you could make the site go viral if you did video contests via Facebook integration and get people to share and vote on videos. Offer some kind of crazy package from a protein company i am positive they will give you free stuff to give out on your site. Also a good spartan style logo i think would add some more credibility to the site and make people feel like everything is really legit. If you msg me i can help you with a logo if you want.
