    Site looks decent, but unpolished. The grey background right below the header doesn't go well with the layout as it is fixed width, therefore doesn't stretch throughout the screen for 800px+ wide screen. The begin your inning header also doesn't look that great. All in all, visually a decent site.

    The idea and the content is nice.

    But the site needs some more interactivity... try adding Twitter section where members tweet are shown.. or something like that..

    I think your background is just plain, Add some designs or effects to it.
    The images is quiet good.
    The title "BEGIN YOUR INNING" it's hard to read because of it's design.
    So overall it's nice.
