    Site loads very fast- which is really good.

    I like the slide show of the members pictures in the left column. The pictures should be linked to the persons profile.

    One thing I suggest, is maybe add a forum. But a lot of people who visit social sites do not usually visit forums/ So I dont know if that is a good idea.

    only 09? no offense, i think you are lazy enough to write website.
    I found the same tittle on every page, not good for seo purpose.

    Frankly speaking, Too much white in the template.. Try to add some color to the site to make it attractive.
    Also, try to get a fixed width template rather than fluid width.. Btw, I like your glossy logo.. Good job!
