    I think you could have problems and get banned from adsense because of your layout. Don't put the adsense link unit right below popular categories!

    Site elements/navigation need to be clearly separated from adsense.

    100% width is not very good choice for such site. try using fixed centered layout for making the content part width equal to adsense banner. however, leave the header part with the menu like adsense 100%. good luck!

    Almost of these sms/jokes are user submitted. I don't know the Tamil language, If you know you can also submit Tamil jokes.

    The idea is nice, the web design is not great, the posts are very spacious, too much space and little content, the logo is great. try to split your main page (middle column) in 2 or 3 parts.
