    Hampton Inn isn't a trademark? I don't think you can legally use it. :S And that niche is useless, why would I visit that site? I can get all that info just by calling them or going to there official website. http://hamptoninn1.hilton.com/en_US/hp/index.do And that picture of the golf coarse, I hope that is a picture from one of there actually golf coarses. Or did you just google images "golf coarse". Or did you actually go into a private plane (you probably know a few people who got private planes that could do that) and accually take the picture yourself?

    Here is Some most important analysis for your Onpage Key Factors

    1.) META TAGS
    2.) TITLE

    You can check from below table about its usage

    NOW MORE ANALYSIS and Recommendations :

    1.) For META TAG (KEYWORDS) : You are wasting your opportunity or resources provided to you for usage in meta keywords tag. You are using your keywords ineffectively. You are only using 39 characters when you can use up to 1000.

    2.) TITLE TAGE :You are using your Title ineffectively.
    You are only using 38 characters when you can use up to 100. I suggest
    that you use a few more words in your TITLE Tag, and try to use your main keywords if possible.

    3.) META TAG DESCRIPTION     : You are using your Description ineffectively. You are only using 109 characters when you can use up to 250. I suggest that you make your description longer and try to include as many of your main keywords as possible.

    Also You are not using your keywords within your description effectively, you are using 1 of your keywords in your description, when you should use at least 3 maximum.
