hello i think i consider myself as a beginner in this area of work... please help me with my website by reviewing it and giving some opinions... The very first thing that stroked me was the incredible slow load. I got 6mbit connection and deserve better than this. If I'm not totally out of my mind your host is dreamhost.com. A "cheap cheap" And guess what? You actually got JUST what you paid for. Now looking at the logo, first thought is what the hell? It looks like you have randomly put out your domain letters and then made the background put it all on repeat just to make sure every one knows it's talk2discuss in one word. And then, partly written across the word "discuss" in your logo you have written a lot of words: "Talk and discuss news, technology, website’s talks, images, anime and videos, general talks". Just to get it straight, that looks totally random. At first I think it's a menu, then I realize it's just some useless text. So basically, I think you should make a new logo and remove those "tag words". The ad words menu below is fair enough, then it's the blog I'm not gonna comment on. I like that it's centered, the colors under the logo is alright and certainly not hard to read. I'm a bit disappointed with "orange" but if it's your taste... Then it's the advertisement on every few words. I kinda dislike this kind of advertisement because I find it annoying with such sudden "inside popups". First you think it's supposed to be anything meaningful explaining the word, then you realize it's just some advertisement crap. I would consider if it's really necessary and if it would be better to place a new ad bar between one or two blog entries instead. To sum this up, do something with the logo, it's not good. The colors are alright, but the words looks too random. You might consider changing the advertising appearance and maybe some new text colors. Good luck with your blog. Some funny pictures there
