Looks a bit cluttered. You might want to clean it up a bit, give the info more room to breathe.

Get rid of the keyword clumps!

Figure out some sort of structure and navigation scheme for the site

    Hi,

I think the site looks okay, but the text isn't always easy to read... too close together in some places and different fonts used throughout.

Looking better, the site would be more readable if you didn't have so many different sizes and colors of fonts

You may want to take some time and think of a more consistent theme for the entire site

Hey Clyde I reviewed you site ...and here's what I think:

Sorry to post off topic in the thread but I have to call this member out on content theft from my site!

I visited your site and see that you have posted an article I wrote on your site without giving me credit as the author and no backlink to my site either! How lousy is that?

    Here's the article you stole:
    http://www.startanursingagency.com/Nursingarticles(nursingeducatorneedstat).html

Here's the original on my site:
    http://medi-smart.com/nurse-educator.htm

Either give proper credit and a back link to Medi-Smart or take it down before I file a DMCA Notice for intellectual property theft!

You can find the proper linking attributes at goarticles.com- look under my name in authors and that article will come up with the proper author bio box and link information.

    Do it. Now please.

Very bad form Clyde. People, like you, that steal from other webmasters should not be allowed to profit from the net.

Write your own content, or hire someone to do it for you. If nothing else, at least get permission from people before stealing their work. I am guessing flightnurse put a lot of time in that article, just so someone like you could come along and throw it on their site, like it was some freebie.

BTW, If you are going to have a site about nursing, and are going to claim to be something authorative figure in the field, I would recommend doing a little research. The symbols you have on your site have nothing to do with nursing. On belongs to the Red Cross(A charitable organization that does some medical stuff), and the other is the Star of Life. (Used for EMT's, Paramedics, and First Responders.) Most nurses would take a lot of offense to it.
