nice, I like colors.

 

- The image of a light on the right is not very bright. Consider to move it inside the page or remove it.
- The bottom is a big disaster, you should keep it inside the middle and not spread across and over the side bar.
- You should make it all centered instead or REMOVE the right bar completely
- "This is the place to look for great ideas and solutions pertaining to many types of subjects." <-- What subjects? Without any better details I think many won't bother to even check out more.

In Firefox (on Ubuntu), the social bookmarking icons are hanging over the black left border, which makes it a bit hard to see. I'd use some CSS and restrict the text and icons to the center whitespace. The icons on the left look pretty cool. I like the title "Idea Cosmo", very clever.
