make the text color different from your title color in your ads...

in some of your pages the ad at the top kinda overlaps the image in FF...please try to check...

 

With regards to ads - your ads appears to catch the visitor's attention away from the content. Perhaps make the colors of the ads a little darker (orange is fine), and the color of the works in the "news" area slightly lighter?

 

It is cool website, maybe make the header images more nice

 

blogspot like layout, bad. try blending it thru site design and not just color design.

 

i would go with a banner 468x60 on the main page instead of that ad under the search button.

left and right ads have good placement.

just my 2 cents

 

which size and color of add will give me more revenue ?

I like the site. I've never had much luck with link units.

 

Constructive feedback which I have taken into consideration, I have ammended the colour of some of my headings.
