I have made some changes in my site. Added a new logo for my site. My site is new and yet to apply for Google AdSense. Before that, I want get feedbacks / suggestions from DP members.

Its in my template dude.. Is there any way to make my adsense unit with a transparent background ?

 

I would suggest you using different theme as well as adding more content.

 

banner is too dark, it would be better to blend it with it's background.

 

ok... i'll try to switch to a different. I'm using Drupal. Can anyone suggest me a good theme for my site?

your adsense blending looks good.
and if you add one ads to the footer of your content, it may be better
