Try adding a pop-under advertisement offering a free ebook in exchange for your visitors to opt-in. Also you might want to change the background to an image rather than a solid color. I have also found that if you add videos from youtube it keeps the visitors there longer. I hope my tips help
Hi, I looked at your site but hardly find any content or website optimization. You may need to be more focused in targeting specific keywords so that you can rank it well for the serps.
