I would look to update the site design or at least the logo.

Try http://www.forumtemplates.com/vbulletin/ as there are lots of free forum templates over there.

The content seems good though, sort the design and you may see even better posting rates

For the first site, you DEFINETLY need to change the template/skin of that forum... That skin is just a bit cliche as it is the default and generally speaking, it is quite boring... Just a couple of changes, like simply the colour, will propel it forward and making it worth all the content on the site.

The second one, looks much better, mainly speaking due to the fact that you have used a custom skin, so it looks much better and immediatley attracts more attention that the first site.

First template: Center your ad.. and add in a customized logo

Second Template: I prefer this design much more, but you need to add your site's name/logo there.

 

Well the first website has default skin so not much to comment on that.
The second website, that skin looks awesome!!

i like http://www.piyarpoint.com/ too, i think there is a problem with the ad under the header, its not loading for me all i see is a black big rectangle.

well ... it is just a standard forum, nothing special ...

 

Nice design, especially for the Nizamani site.
As for the PiyarPoint, I think you should change the
theme colr, it's too dull.

 

I'd center the advert in the header by adding

<center> before the ad code

and

</center> after the ad code.


Also put a <br> after it to give it a bit of space between the ad and the forum.

 

There's nothing to review in nizamani.com/ and the only thing i can say is it badly needs a header logo!!

Same with the other site too!!
