    A little bit too crowded with ads, and Google ads from the top do not blend in too well with the rest.

    For your site, get rid of the splash page.. you might lose some visitors that way since not everyone wants to wait. The site IS a bit too cluttered... it makes the site a bit slow.

    you should use a redirect instead of that first page :)

    Redirect it to the home page is the first thing you need to do

    Second page - I cant see anything...My eyes get distracted to the animating ads !!

    The second page really puts me off - try reducing the ads maybe that would work out better.
