    The header design is way too plain, try adding a gradient and maybe photographs in it.

    The site is nice and clean, you may try to move the AdSense ads from the right column into the content area and to blend them with the text in order to make the site layout simpler and more easy to use.

    The site is a bit plain it needs something to attract people. Dating sites are a tough market and you need to have something to attact people to yours. My honest first impression was it was just an ad site for other sites. I would stress your articles a bit more if they are original articles instead of relying on feed burner. JMO
