I don't see any problems, everything is fine. In my oppinion you should also choose red for the ad titles.

Yes title would look much better with RED. There's no problem against TOS in doing this.

There may be some legal issues with the name.

 

Can you please further advise the possible legal issue of the name ?

I know a site called : YouTubeShuffle.com, the site had a notice saying he nned to change the site name, because he got email from Google saying that his domain name including “youtube” which violated the TOS, so he changed name to videoevolved.com.

Here my site has “ utube” not “youtube” , is there any problem ? Please advise.

The videos are pulled off youtube and are hosted by you? Sorry I just am trying to understand how people use them, thank you alot alot.

Youtube Video, MSN Video and Google Video can be embedded into a web site, just get the script of the video and put into your site, it will show.
Fro example, when you play a youtube video from youtube.com, on the right side of the video, there are “Tags”,”URL” and “embed”, in the embed box, there is a script, copy this script and put it in to your site. Just check keywords in Google “embed youtube video “ , you can find many answers about how to embed video in a site.
