    Umm, given that every link on the site except the nav bar gives a 404, no I wouldn't join. Perhaps you should get the site working first?

    everything was alright earlier there seems to be a problem with the server site for the last two weeks has been running fine with no problems we have contacted the datacentre an they are finding out the problem
