It looks nice in general, but it suffers from clutter which is needless, unhelpful and distracting. The most obvious of these is the tag cloud, which is a hoplessly obsolete and worthless concept that people add to Wordpress sites because the widget is there. IMHO the "Archives" list is of no particular value either. People who are looking for a past article will "Search" for it 99.9% of the time- they won't go through each archive one-by-one, thus wasting their time. If you got rid of these two and moved "Search" elsewhere on the page, you could get rid of the right column entirely and have your page formatted as a much cleaner, more readable and less-cluttered two-column design. Less is more.
