I would change the design a little so its not a exact clone... maybe change the color scheme. Because when I go there all I think is pinterest... I should be thinking of your site. You need people to remember your brand. Hope this helps because this has way better potential then those img upload to earn sites because its socially integrated. Hope this helps.
It does look like pinterest, but the earning part is a great addition You should make the earning text stand out more by placing in a colored box. I will definitely share this site with my friends.
