    Its hard to see where you have added your own ideas to the site. The template looks pretty standard as do the categories. No cycling under sports? You haven't taken the time to add quality sites to your directory (ones which will never submit anyway) so that your page is bolstered by quality outgoing links.

    I found more adds on your site except it many space free on your site but i like your header logo looks very clean and decent. color theme is not impressive.
