The site looks fine, however when clicking on the category links at the top in navigation bar, it comes up with the following: So my advice: Keep filling up your site with quality content pertaining to those categories! your add at the top of the screen is being overlapped by the right hand sidebar. I would create a smaller add space.
I the designs, I think you change the colors its so dry and not a professional type. But its a bit fine for me.
The text on my Chrome browser that says in black 'Business Tips' etc is overlaying the large white/black graphic Busines Skills, and the large graphic is misspelled. It's missing an 's'. And the text above it in orange is confusing which says Free Business Tips. It's like someone can't make up their mind about what the site is about. I'd recommend if you need that text for SEO, to have it smaller and more in a sentence form, like a tagline off to the right-side or underneath. I'd drop all those share icons- it will just slow down your page and it looks bad when it's all zeros. Plus it's duplicated many times for each post, which I don't recommend. If this is a WordPress plugin, there might be a setting to show those only when viewing whole page, and eventhen, I'd only have the facebook and maybe twitter one. The rest I think are near worthless for most people.
