Tons of content! That is awesome. Front page is a little loaded with lists. I would maybe set up a recipe of the week right one the front page, and some other content to grab the visitors. Solid start though and great domain
cool site, great content, only problem i'm getting is the google ads arent showing up in your recipe pages this error shows up instead where the ads should be: You are not authorized to view this page You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-mail address or phone number that may be listed on the pagead2.googlesyndication.com home page. Good domain and looks to be plenty of content. However, the only complaint that I have is that it loaded a little slow and I think it has to do with the big image on the front page. Might want to shrink the image or optimize it...
The logo and the header blue flash need improvements, also reorganization of the content: product links and pictures will make the site look much better.
Agreed, plenty of content, which is good. I find the looping Flash in the header distracting at best, and some visitors may end up finding it annoying after spending any time on the site. I would suggest having the Flash effects on the home page only, and stop after 2 or 3 repeats. And on the sub pages, no Flash effects - just a nicely designed (smaller) static header. On the individual recipe pages, you should add some cell padding to the recipes. They hug the left side and that looks bad. The font in the recipes does not match the rest of the site. I would change that so all matches. You should really have a "Home" link near the top of the page rather than just in the footer. I would look at displaying the recipe on the page itself rather than in an iframe. A picture of the meal on each recipe page would be cool (although that would probably be hard to do). If possible, add some standardized info on each recipe page such as level of difficulty, prep time, cooking time, number of people the recipe serves, and perhaps some calorie info. I know, that's a lot of work. But when looking at a recipe, that's the type of info that I find very useful. I would also add a "category" menu. Rather than having to read through all the recipe links, it would be more convenient if I could click on a link for Chicken or Beef or Shrimp. Hope that helps. Good luck with the site. Vito
Hey nice site buddy.... It looks cool and makes me hungry.. THe suggestion would be that when i cick on a recepie i get the recepie in a scroll bar. The font for the content is kind of dull .maybe improve the font
I would invest a little more time into the animation in the header as well as formating the text at the top of the site.
