I like the site and layout, might want to clean up the main logo, it looks a bit rigid, but otherwise awesome job.

 

I was looking for this kind of layout for my new site. Good thing I read your post. This one is cool but still needs a hell lot of improvements. You can stuff the sidebar with Adsense image ads or affiliate links. Since you already have a nice layout, why not put lots of interesting and colorful stuffs around and not just concentrate on Adsense. The best way to do this is to find similar sites to see what they are doing and copy it. The more you spend time tweaking your blog, the better it gets. It takes time and patience to make it interesting for anyone.

very basic and simple. clean. Like a commenter above, the black google ad near the top was distrubing to my eyes. change the color scheme of the ads

 

Your site is like a blog site right? Hmm I wonder why you use a .org for your domain name. It is not appropriate as I seen your site. Well, the site is somehow good but the logo must not use those kind of colors, better yet a more chromatic color effect will do a good work for that.Every content that you made must have an image on it.
