Hi! Revised site seems better, but it still has a 'dry' feel to it. Perhaps you should think about more colour in the banner, something graphical or a coloured logo.

I cannot say much about the content as it is too technical for me, but the design is simple as I like it.

 

I would look at a newer theme/template and I would offer a newsletter to all those who suscribe. Just my thoughts. I like the content.

I agree with most of the other people. I think you need to add a theme. It's just too bare now. Makes it look like you don't care.
