Hi, The main page is kind of blah. The light blue banner background is what does it, I think. It needs to be livened up - it's a sports forum after all! Some sort of animation at least in the "empty" banner area would help. Can you add some graphics - and a video would be great. You could have several videos looped, and possibly a small selection of videos people could click on to watch. That would be apt to keep them on your site longer.
