    Good work. The design looks cool but I can't read the content, so I can't comment on it. :)
    I think you should also add a favicon to it, as it will give a more professional look to your design.

    cannot say any thing about content of ur site because i dont know the language

    I too don't like the color scheme and the site looks a little plain vanilla to me. I assume the site is about tattoos and the pictures add a nice touch. Try using some different shapes and bolder colors for the upper portion of the site.

    I too think the color scheme is just too pale. On the other hand I assume you site is about tatoos and the pictures are a nice touch. Layout is OK, work on some decent colors..
