As far as looks goes I like it except for the black header to white background. The white really stands out. Maybe changing the white to a gray and fading from the black to the same shade of gray so it all flows. Lastly: I'm not sure how hard this would be to do but if you could short the proxies like 2 tier, Verified "meaning site has been checked and is virus / milware free" etc. Also if you could make a student list of proxies. this list would include proxies that have been verified and also do not have the word proxy in the URL as proxy and proxies are blocked by most/all web filters.
Your site needs some improvements in choosing colours, space efficiency, etc. Less inbound links too.
i like the layout and it is fast enough to be opened unfortunately you are not using in english consider to change the language
I have updated the language of my site. Now it is all english. I am not messing up with the colors because I like the way it is at the moment will change it latter. Keep the advices coming. Thank you all of you.
