    I think it is not good to have 4 adsense adv! Adsense alowed only 3 per page!

    It is good. Only thing I can think off is to move one of the skyscraper ads into a large rectangle between the first and second video clip. That would likely improve the CTR.

    The site layout and design are good. However, it requires more conent. I am sure that more content is on the way (the site is very recent). Check for the CPM on adsense...if it is low, considering dropping one or two adsense ads (this is expected to improve the CPM) till the site stabilizes. All the best.

    If it were me I'd change the colors on your shoutbox to match the ads, but other than that it's awesome :D
