Is it simply the lack of keyword phrases on the home page? I am at the top of google if you substiture land or relocation for the real estate. Thanks
Seems realy nice, i like this site, its easy to use also, Maybe change the position of "email us" but its realy cool over there also. Good luck.
Not sure why, the website looks nice, maybe you need to add more keywords with those words? Also, can you try moving the remax a bit to the right? It's blocking some links from being able to be seen properly.
This may be an issue. It displays fine on all of my computers but depending on the font size of the users computer it may be off. How do you fix this problem. Is there a way to fix the size of the font across all viewing computers?

Nice site! But it requires more content in the home page. Then only you'll be in the first page of GOOGLE.
As all said it need little content below images section we can find some blank space and you can fill it wih few good lines contains some cool keywords related to your niche .
