You say you're 'stealing hints'. Make sure you are not just copying and pasting from other websites - Firstly this isn't too ethical if you don't already have permission but more importantly it will not help your website with the search engines or with users who may notice you are stealing content. Other than that, keep the information up to date and add new stuff regularly and it is a profitable area to be in.
There seems to be some text under "what can you do working from home", which is distracting. Other than that, looks really good!
as far as design is concerned, it is good but u have selected an already over discussed topic so only unique content will help u get some regular traffic on it.

Make some nice logo or header. Ad some graphics to spice up your site because all text is just boring.
