    I like the colors and theme. I would center the ad in the left sidebar. I would also add a description meta tag and more content/articles.

    Layout and design is great but the "flower" of the header seems hard to see, you shall consider to use brown than light brown.
    Also, your adsense background colour not good enough

    Your About Us page looks like its not been completed. The logo on the rh side below the search box doesn't work for me - not prominent enough. There's no text towrds the top of the page explaining who you are/what you're doing etc
