    It looks good, its a fairly standard forum layout. I would add a logo and a tagline describe what your site is to the header.

    Can you please specify in which aspect you want us to review the site?Design or Content or anything else?

    Anyways let me tell my opinion.
    Design : Good standard one along with good colors
    Content : I cant see much of content and basically I am against warez sort of sites
