    well, the background has nice color, I'd suggest you the 'Look up this IP' to be in the top (below the header), first time I though your site checks only IP of the visitor only, good luck :)

    The part where it actually displays the IP address could use a bigger font. Also, the spaces between lines are a little big. You could compact it all a little bit.
