"Letsnurture is a India" is An india - the word An before words that start with a vowel. It will be clerical to change to start with, proper english and stuff. Didn't spend a lot of time, not my forte, but I figured I can offer that insight. Theme is pretty, and someone in that area may help more with the review.
There are many grammatical mistake like I just pick this "Letsnurutre is a India based group who providesSoftware outsourcingservice." using such sentence will drive away your visitors. You need to correct the grammatical errors and frame sentence correctly before you start promoting it.

You need a good logo because there is a big empty space in the header...or you are reserving this to make some advertisement?
the colour scheme is nice but a little hard to read. Font is to small. That's all i can think of. it might get a little crowded once you add advertisements if you do so. Great job Cheers
Yes, I agree with everyone who suggests to increase text font size and you need to have someone clean it up grammatically. It is a nice, clean looking site that will be easy to read and keep your visitors focused on your services. Melissa
Like a few people mentioned before me your text needs to be bigger and a logo wouldn't hurt either. My first impression was the site was to boring. Also, try having someone with a grasp of the english language to proff read it for you and make changes.
It is very plain. A logo would help a lot and I would also like to see with lighter and brighter colours.
