1. Brighten it up a Little
2. Look at Other places to place Ads
3. Make Sidebar thinner
4. Fix the Post to my Twitter box (Its showing below footer)

The site looks good with the exception of the adsense. Those adsense ads I suspect will not convert very well. You need to blend them in with the rest of your page, they are screaming this is an ad.

 

looks like the site could be good, lacks information at the moment I feel though. keep working on the content and it would be very useful

 

there seem to be lots of links, apparently for increasing google PR of those sites: for example, this page http://vonage-promotion.com/how-to-reduce-hair-loss-after-pregnancy.html has lots of websites links in comments section. if not intentional, you could consider disabling users to provide website links in user comments.

 

Sorry to say that you have got too many ads on your site. I am getting hard time to identify which one is your content and which one is ads. So I suggest you to reduce ads and increase quality contents.

 

it has good content but its its to hard to find anything i dunno about you but i like simple sites
