Willy-nilly font size and colour changes for no grammatical or structural reason compromise legibility. A situation only exacerbated by the use of PX metric fonts, widths, and media queries telling users of non-standard default font sizes to either sod off, or deal with broken zooming.

The dithering pattern on your images looks like something out of the 1990's, and you're wasting images on things that these days shouldn't even be images. You even have text in the images that LOOK like they should be links, such as the "Grab now" part -- but aren't because you slopped them into an image.

The general lack of text content likely leaves it screwed on search, and isn't all that useful to non-visual users. Nor are your content images all that useful/meaningful since they're shrunk to the point even if they weren't blurred, you couldn't read them.

Alternative navigation to the form appears to be broken, which gives me the telltale signs of non-semantic markup before I even look at the code.

it is also painfully slow to watch load, likely stemming from the 1.9 megabytes of resources that indicate sloppy to nonexistant image compression. This is what I mean by people who use bootstrap NEVER having learned how much more work they're making for themselves because they NEVER seem to have learned how to use HTML or CSS properly, despite clearly attempting to have used them directly.

Endless pointless DIV for nothing. Static style slopped into the markup. Presentational use of classes. Gibberish heading structure telling non-visual users to sod off. A good 8 separate stylesheets and scripts on a page that only needs one stylesheet and NO JAVASCRIPT. Blocking scripts in the HEAD. Static scripting in the markup where it has ZERO business being. Almost random mixing of PT into a PX layout (where both are /FAIL/ at screen design). STRONG doing numbered headings or LEGEND's job. SPAN for nothing. Paragraphs around content that clearly are NOT grammatical paragraphs. Shoving new windows/tabs down the users gullet whether they want them or not.

Broken/incomplete form (where's your FIELDSET and LABEL?) with scripttard abuse trying to replicate PLACEHOLDER to do LABEL's job? /FAIL/ hard on probably the most important thing on the page!

Much less the lack of a DOCTYPE, language, or character encoding declarations. Even the Title tag is pretty much "wrong".

It's the typical train wreck laundry list of how NOT to build a website I've come to expect from the mentally enfeebled nonsense that is bootcrap, mixed with the telltales of what I can only assume is one of those equally intellectually challenged WYSIWYG editors. Hardly a surprise it's wasting 10.7k of "HTML" (those are air quotes, I'm calling it HTML sarcastically) on delivering 884 bytes of plaintext and only ONE content image. Barely 3k of markup's JOB!

I'm not sure what garbage WYSIWYG editor screwed with you, but the telltales are all there -- to the point I'm wondering if you tried to mix bootcrap with something horrifically out of date like Frontpage. There is NO legitimate reason given what that page exists to do or is trying to do, for the markup to vary significantly from:
