    Header looks very boring. Image of the lady does not really convey what the site is about. Also should change to a more interesting font.

    Don't like the blue backgrounds on the menu headers. Hard to read the white text.

    Layout etc is fine though.

    I don't know how much of a difference it makes, but the site title itself doesn't tell anything (or hint at) the content of the website
