    Your site looks pretty good!

    my only real comment would be the amount of space that you are taking up with the swirly graphic at the top.
    It is cool and funky and all, but to me takes up too much usable room.

    DreamJob.com.au, you are right but that swirly banner adds effect and color to my website.

    I created several templates (more than 10) for my website but at last this one suited my website especially the flash banner.

    But if you see in my blog(under construction), tutorial, directory, you see the banner smaller

    simple design, I like tthe menu.
    After a while you get used to the banner.

    One thing thought, I dont like the way you access teh top menu (up/down arrows).
    The format of text in the welcomes' blockquote' could also be improved (it looks like a notpad format)
    The footer glow/gradient text isn't clear enough.
    The search bar looks like a loading bar (can be confusing to some)

    But I really really like your tutorial page, It's not overwelming, It's clear, Not to many/less whitespaces. If i were you, I would set all pages like that. No combination of flash header and none flash header.
