Please review my site - Wrestling tube

I just converted the top ads from image to an other.

My site is Wrestling tube and my CTR is low (under 2).
Should I change something?

Do you make any money off of the FREE IQ referrals? I used it for a few weeks about a year ago (when it was paying closer to a dollar per conversion and made a bunch, but the payouts took a dive.)

I like the blending on the videos (when you click.) Having the vids on the right with the focus on the ad to the left is good.

I would personally mix an ad unit on the front page under the "Vote please" using the same text color and headline color being that is the hottest point on the page. I'd also move the link unit down to separate it from the header banner.

Of course, I suck at ad placement (being I am the type that feels guilty about it and will die poor) so my suggestions come with a grain of salt.

 

No, the JOHN CENA's ad is much better.
but the pay per convert is high, so I keep it.

 

Get a real domain.

 

I suggest you put a link unit somewhere in the left sidebar

 

elben - the service providers won't let me use a domain. I need to buy a pro account, and it's about 259$.
