please review my site - why has CTR gone down?

Hey guys, I recently posted a draft of my site and got some good reviews...now the final product is up, my CTR has actually gone down?

Any advice would be great, I have optimised this design as much as I could where the old one was pretty much unoptimised but had a higher CTR.

 

I really don’t see any problems.
I also redesign and optimize one of my sites, now even with a lot more visitors my CTR is less than 1%

 

I LOVE that top adsense unit - how did you get it to be transparent, or is it a trick??

 

If the ctr changed suddenly it could be that you have visitors from other places than before. Like more Google visitors make the ctr go down. More MSN visitors makes it go up.

 

What do you mean transparent ?

 

Thanks for the reply guys...my CTR is like 0%...from 2-3% it's very wierd.

As for the top link unit, it's not a trick, it's just gray. I used photoshop to pick a gray that was right in the middle of all the different shades of gray. Cheers!

 

how many impressions do you have? That's important to know.
