    It is really nice design . However the height of the footer is too high .

    Yeah, the footer is taking too much valuable real estate on your website.

    Header too small (may not really be a problem), footer too big (as already pointed out), nothing on the "purpose" for the website - no about page and no text on the home page relating to the WEBSITE. Looks very nice. May be too 'cookie-cutter' though.
