In category a file "gif" as a header is looks funky. If it's webmaster forums then you should show forum as a decent view. If you give decent look to your forums, thats cool. Keep it up.

I think the design is simple and the same as at other forums. You just added some elements. Your forum logo needs some improvements.
Put an introductory small paragraph for SEO purposes and go easy on colors and flashing words! Good luck.
