Just completely redesigned my site - let me know what you think.

Well the color is very dark so the bounce rate will be more and Font size is also too much

 

Agreed, it too dark. Left column wordings not clear

 

I would make the site title more bold, its too small. I also don't think you need that second menu in the left sidebar. Lastly I would make the header image larger. The text to the right could be placed with the rest of the content.

 

first thing - the most important thing is your TITLE, unless you sell homes, you must change your title to a suitable SEO friendly title.
second - the image in the banner is flickering from time to time, i use firefox, still need to look into it.
third - too many menus.

 

yes its too dark and i think you dont need to add more menu at footer, but anyway i like the header.

 

The template is too dark you should change up the color scheme a bit and
add some warm colors.
