    looks cool but i saw only one ad placements u can use 2 more and 3 adlinks also plenty of place are there ;)

    You should stick ads inside your actual posts, or ad an ad unit at the top above where the posts start.

    I would place ads more towards the center of your page, like right under the title of your blog posts

    I couldn't see your AdSense ads at all on the page till I scrolled down.
    As suggested, add some ads towards the top of the page.
