    I heard that Adsense is sometimes strict on displaying banners on some sites. I'm not sure if a mugshot site is approved content or not. Do you know of any good CPA programs?

    To contact the support google/adsense and ask them whether they approve your site. Where are these visitors?

    Never thought about contacting them directly. I was thinking of possibly selling the site if I can not monetize it. The site is receiving a lot of international traffic (roughly 6000 unique hits per month). Thanks again for your input.
