put a good header which will make the site look cool.

 

Most the people will leave your forum, you need to roll down two time to see the content.
If you like to put adsense, dont put them vertically, put them in horizontal

 

You may want to adjust the location of adsense. It just disappoints most of the users when the first thing they encounter is adsense right at the opening of site. Get a good header too as everyday above suggested. rest all looks fine and decent.

ok, I am changing the header and adsense. I will make them horizontal. Please have a look now.

Get your site a nice header, and move the ads to the top right of the (NEW) page header..
and properly get rid of the (purple or pink) color.. it looks ugly along with your site color scheme

 

I love the logo. I would target the theme colors to somewhat match the logo colors. It would make it look very inviting and bright.

 

You should get a more professional header with a nice logo and change up the color
scheme the forum looks a bit unprofessional.

 

Change the title of the website india jobs looking different from the site name change the pink color there and the colorful image also. Don't remove them just change them.
