Please review my site, I think I got problems in SEO onpage

I'm new to Online marketing, I have built this site for over 3month but the trafic is very low (under 10 visits per day, some of them are bounce). I haven't do anything but SEO onpage (never spam forums, spam blog comment, creat profile,....). I keep posting 1-2 posts a day. I placed it in a sharedhost from USA. PLs check it and tell me about its probs and loading speed bcos I dont know how long it takes to load the pages (i load it from asia,I wanna check it from EU or USA or any country). If you are not getting traffic you are probably don't have proper Off Page SEO..

 

Choose proper keywords, and place them into alt= attribute of html code. No more than 15 keywords per page

 

For get traffics from organic SE you need to be top-10 on what keyword you are optimize is. How long to get top-10 from organic SE is depend on strength of the competition that keyword was targeted and how strong your backlinks to compete with them.

Thanks for your helps. But if my site cant be shown up at top 10 SE, can I work with google adsense? How many directories should I submit? Can anyone suggest me some directories? I submited my site to dmoz but still no respond.

I think it depends highly on bounce rate and time spend on site for a particular keyword. It is possible that a site starts ranking on some particular search terms, but when people come to the site they tend to bounce back without finding the site useful. Therefore google drops ranking.
